Roof Repair
James was awesome! He wasted no time getting one of his crew members out to repair our roof after the recent wind storm. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!!! Can’t thank them enough!!
Shower
I am enjoying my new shower. The demo of my old shower/bath was pretty painless. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and protected the floor with tarps. They were also very accommodating in making sure the new shower was put together the way I wanted it. I would definitely use Thompson’s again. Everyone from the sales agent (Sherrie) to the office staff was always very friendly and helpful which made it easy for me to make decisions. So a big thank you to everyone.

Final Bath Project
Thompson's Home Improvement worked with me to give me the bathroom of my dreams. There were a few unforeseen issues that they took care of and corrected. I would highly recommend Jorge Hetnandez to do your work. He is awesome and polite. His goal is to make you happy and pays very close attention to detail. He does excellent work for Thompson's and takes pride in his work.

Bathroom remodel
Awesome experience, was able to discuss what I needed and they were able to keep cost affordable and within timeframe promised. Installer was awesome too. Needed small deck and steps
Thompson's did a wonderful job for us. We needed a small deck out the back sliding door with a step down to the back yard. We needed to have rails on the whole thing on both sides for safety. We have exactly what we needed to be safe exiting and entering our back sliding door and it looks beautiful as well as being sturdy. The step rise is safe for us. This is the second wonderful job Thompson's has done for us. I will not hesitate to use them again if we need any more remodeling done.
Walk in Tub
I had a wonderful experience with Thompson's from the owner James, Kristine whom went above and beyond to make sure I was happy as well as my sales rep, Jeff. Kara is the office was wonderful as well! I LOVE my new walk in shower and cannot believe what a difference this made with just the overall appearance of the bathroom, it's beautiful! Jorge's crew was wonderful as well, on time, all very kind and professional and took great care of us. I feel so sad I didn't make this decision three years ago before dropping almost $700 for electrostatic painting of my steel tub and walls that started peeling after a couple years. This is lifetime and I'm one extremely pleased customer! Thank you Thompson's for making this a great experience!
